TERMS OF USE
1. Parties
This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Bilgeköy Education Aviation and Information Technologies Ltd. Co. (“Bilgeköy Education”) and the user (“User”) who accesses and uses the website and digital platforms owned by Bilgeköy Education.
This Agreement governs the terms of use related to the informational, consultancy, and guidance services provided by Bilgeköy Education.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement:
Bilgeköy Education: The company providing consultancy and guidance services in the field of education.
User: Any natural or legal person who visits, uses, or performs any transaction on the Platform.
Platform: The website and/or digital channels owned by Bilgeköy Education.
Content: All information, text, visuals, documents, data, and informational materials made available through the Platform.
3. Scope
This Agreement sets forth the rights and obligations of the User regarding the use of the content and consultancy services provided through the Platform.
4. General Provisions
4.1. By using the Platform, the User is deemed to have accepted all provisions of this Agreement.
4.2. Bilgeköy Education reserves the right to modify, update, or remove any content on the Platform without prior notice.
4.3. All content on the Platform is subject to intellectual property rights and may not be used without permission.
5. User’s Rights and Obligations
5.1. The User agrees to use the Platform only for lawful and personal purposes.
5.2. The User may not reproduce, distribute, or share the content with third parties without authorization.
5.3. The User shall not engage in any activity that may harm or disrupt the operation of the Platform.
5.4. The User acknowledges that the information provided on the Platform is for general informational purposes only.
6. Rights and Obligations of Bilgeköy Education
6.1. Bilgeköy Education makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on the Platform is accurate and up to date.
6.2. The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform is not guaranteed.
6.3. Bilgeköy Education shall not be held responsible for the content or implementation of services provided by third-party educational institutions.
6.4. Services provided through the Platform are limited to consultancy and guidance; no direct formal education services are offered.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bilgeköy Education shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Platform. The User makes decisions based on their own evaluation.
8. Privacy
The principles regarding the processing of personal data are governed by the Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, the User is deemed to have accepted this policy.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Central Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul.
10. Entry into Force
This Agreement enters into force upon the User’s use of the Platform.
11. Amendments
Bilgeköy Education reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement. The updated version shall enter into force upon publication on the Platform.
